Find Established Websites for Sale from Various Sources

There's no better way to build an online portfolio than by buying a web business that is already making a profit.

We search several auction sites, forums and marketplaces to bring you a list of established, and brand new websites for sale, then enhance the data with search metrics, previous sale data and seller information.

Less time searching = more time to do what you do best

Just like buying a house or a car, it's unlikely that you'll find a great deal as soon as you start looking. Whether you just want to spend $500 on a site to get you started, or $50,000 on an established profit making web business we cut the amount of time you need to spend searching by delivering only what you want to see when it becomes available.

Filters help you refine your selection

If you're just browsing, it's likely you'll have a list of criteria that you need to meet before something peaks your interest.

Start with a blank canvas, every site on every marketplace and forum, and filter your selection down on the fly; We've got over 16 filters for you to play with that includes Pagerank, Traffic, Age, Price, Revenue through to only showing sites that have been listed since the last time you searched.

Alternatively, use the search tab to find a site in a specific niche, ideal for sources of cheap traffic for existing sites or similar sites to create a network.

Get a head Start on your Due Diligence

We check numerous sources on the web to enrich each listing with additional data, to help save you time in doing your due diligence. All the basics are kept in one place showing you data from the listing itself, Whois Results, Alexa, SEM Rush, Bing, Yahoo and Google.

If the site has sold since we started collecting data early 2010, you can see the previous listings and transactions in Website Sale History. What's more, you see all the data we hold for the seller across all marketplaces and forums, including their active and archived listings.

Search Deep with Advanced Keyword Matching

Whenever we index a new site, we retrieve it's related keywords to make search a little more intuitive. For each site and domain we:

  1. Check the site’s homepage for relevant keywords and store what we think are relevant

  2. Check Alexa and /  or the Wayback archive to see what keywords have been historically associated with the site (useful for domains that may not have a landing page)

  3. Check SEM Rush to find out if the site / domain ranks in Google’s top 20 for any keywords and also retrieve information such as Adwords spend, total traffic from search and traffic value for sites where this information is available.

This means when you search for a site related to ‘Football’ for example, not only will you get sites or domains with Football in the url or listing, but you will also get matches relating to the relevant keywords – for example, you might get www.soccer.com, www.superbowl.com and www.manchesterunited.co.uk all included in your results.

This helps when looking for sites or domains to build a brand on, rather than just rank for a keyword in the url, which is slowly becoming less favourable with the major engines.
